The home can accommodate 4 small vehicles or 2 large vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the street!

Blue Pelican is a tastefully decorated, recently built home in a quiet area just more than a PCB block to the beach. Our coastal home features soft tones and designer furniture throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and enjoying each other's company while on your perfect beach vacation. The beautiful kitchen features modern countertops and everything you'd need to prepare meals for the family. And with LVP throughout, messes are always easy to clean up!

The master bedroom overlooks the pool and features an ensuite bath with double vanity sink. The large stand-up shower is perfect for rinsing the salt off after a day at the beach. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the third guest bedroom, which has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle beneath - perfect for the kids to stay up all night telling ghost stories or catching up since the last family reunion. The final sleeping area is a bedroom nook off the dining area featuring a queen sofa sleeper overlooking the pool, which doubles as an office with desk, printer and monitor.

This designer home, while tastefully done, wouldn't be complete without the heated pool, hot tub and beautiful fenced in back yard. It's easy to see that you'll spend most of your time not at the beach, in the pool or on the back deck where you'll find comfortable seating, a grill, patio chairs and a picnic table to share a box of popsicles. Did I mention the gas grill?

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. $50/per day and will be for the duration of your stay.
